What ARUPS does
The signed-in workspace shows deposit balances, recent activity and an investment total on one screen, so the whole position is visible without opening several pages. From there you can open an individual account, search activity, read the holdings table with its quantities, prices and allocation breakdown, or download a statement.
Transfers, deposits and investment orders pass through a review step showing the full instruction — the accounts involved, the amount, and what happens next — before anything is submitted. Customer care sits in the same place: a message panel attached to your account, where the thread stays available when you come back to it.

How information is presented
Financial interfaces tend to fail in the same direction. They give estimates the same weight as settled figures, let a preview look like a completed action, and fold marketing into product information until the customer cannot tell which is which. ARUPS is built the other way round.
- A figure says where it came from. A balance held on an account and a total worked out across several accounts are different things, and they are not presented identically.
- Nothing implies an action has completed until it has. A review screen is a review screen. A pending card authorisation is marked as pending, because it can still change.
- A gap stays visible. Where a value is not known, the screen says so rather than drawing a plausible chart line or printing a plausible number.
The reference guides
Alongside the account screens, the site carries written guides to how each kind of product works: what the available balance decides, how interest compounds in a savings account, which transfers can be recalled and which cannot, what custody means for a share or a digital asset, and how borrowing is priced and assessed.
The mechanics are the same wherever you bank, so the guides stand on their own. They explain how products work and are not personal recommendations. The financial topics directory lists them all, and help and FAQs covers questions about using the workspace.
